Kikelomo is a proud holder of a master's in industrial and Labour Relations from the esteemed University of Lagos. As a Chartered Associate of the Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria, she combines academic prowess with hands-on experience. Furthering her commitment to excellence, she completed the Non-Profit Leadership and Management program at the prestigious Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University.
Additionally, Kikelomo holds a certificate in Power and Influence for Positive Change from Harvard Business School (online).
