Women Empowerment Initiative.

Strengthening women. Strengthening families.

Health outcomes are deeply connected to economic stability. Many of the women we serve face not only medical challenges but also financial hardship. Limited income often means delayed hospital visits, poor nutrition, and reduced access to essential care.

The Women Empowerment Initiative exists to break this cycle. By supporting women economically, we strengthen families and improve maternal and child health outcomes.

Why economic empowerment matters

When women lack financial independence:

What we do

Three ways we build independence.

Small Business Grants

We provide carefully structured small grants to vulnerable women to start or strengthen micro-enterprises — including food vending, retail trade, tailoring, agriculture, and home-based businesses.

Skills Training

We equip women with practical, income-generating skills through targeted training programs. The goal is sustainable, independent income generation.

Ongoing Monitoring & Mentorship

We do not simply provide funding and walk away. Our team conducts follow-ups, mentorship sessions, and monitoring visits to ensure businesses progress and women receive continued support.

A trip to the field

Every programme has a face, and a name.

Our impact

Behind every number, a life changed.
