Kikelomo Adisa is the Founder, Steer for Change Mother and Newborn Foundation and a social entrepreneur with over 10 years’ experience in HR, Marketing and Nonprofit Management. She is passionate about women and their health, working to ensure that women in under served communities do not die or lose their babies as a result of complications during delivery. She has identified lack of education and access to medical care as the root cause of this problem and is tackling it by providing free medical checkup, health education as well as medical aids to pregnant women and nursing mothers in rural communities.

Within a year, she has provided birth kits, increased access to heath care and medical support to over 1000 pregnant and nursing mothers/babies in under served communities across two States (Oyo and Lagos), Nigeria.

Kikelomo holds a Master’s in Industrial and Labour Relations from the prestigious University of Lagos; and is a Chartered Associate of the Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria. In her quest to garner more knowledge in her chosen filed, she further bagged Non- profit
Leadership and Management program from the prestigious Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University.

Kikelomo passionately believes that women are an integral part of the society and we need them alive and in good health for them to contribute to the improvement of the society. She will continue to work actively to reduce maternal and infant mortality in Nigeria and is open to global partnerships and collaborations that advance the health agenda.
